During the schematic process we will prepare at least two designs resulting from the synthesis of your expressed desires coupled with the identified physical, natural and manmade opportunities and constraints. Further project integration is developed, and the final draft is entered in CAD (Computer Automated Design) and the construction documents are executed. We continue our work on your project through the end of the construction.
