The Design Process
Our goal is to provide and perform excellent service to our clients; this is your project. We encourage our clients to be thoroughly involved during the design process. It should be enjoyable and rewarding.

Katinas Bruckwick Architecture offers a free initial consultation at your site with one of our principals; John or Michael. During this first meeting we will discuss your project needs, and desires, success criteria, design approach and scope of services.

Based on our first meeting, our experienced team will be able to provide you an estimate of your project. Upon agreement, our firm will start working with you on your specific architectural needs.

Our design approach starts with an evaluation of the existing conditions. During this process the existing property will be documented by measurement, photo and any other pertinent interests.
