Katinas Bruckwick Architecture offers a free initial consultation at your site with one of our principals; John or Michael. During this first meeting we will discuss your needs and desires related to this project, as well as your success criteria. With a thourough walk-through of the firm's design approach and scope of services, we endeavor to gain your trust. We are "straight shooters" and are not looking to create mysticism related to the architectural process.

Based on our first meeting, our experienced team will provide you an estimate of the overall costs relating to your specific project. A written agreement initiates the customized design process that brings your architectural ideas to fruition.

An evaluation of the existing conditions of the site is a necessary first step. During this process, the existing property will be documented by measurement, photo and any other pertinent methods.
